Samuel C. Moore Jr., 65, of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, in Texarkana.

Mr. Moore was born Feb. 24, 1945, in Los Angeles.

Survivors include his wife, Alice J. Moore of Texarkana; his mother, Julia D. Moore of Texarkana; one sister, Alda F. Moore of Little Rock; two cousins, Wilma Cook of Ashdown, Ark., and William Gaines of Little Rock; one special friend, Shantina Jones of Texarkana; and a number of other relatives.
