Nathaniel Edward Ivey Nathaniel Edward Ivey, 84, of Texarkana, Texas departed this life May 27, 2011. He was a teacher and a counselor and held memberships in the Dunbar Alumni Association and the Texas State Teachers' Association. He also served in the U.S. Army. His parents Harleen Ivory and Lelia Dixon Ivory; sister, Nettie Henry; and brother, Harleen Ivey preceded him in death. To cherish his memory, he leaves one daughter Felicia Hall Mitchell (William) of Pomona, California; one sister, Betty Miles; three grandchildren, Craig (Lisa), Carey, and Crystal, one great-grandchild, Aryon--all of California; one special niece, DeLois (Kenneth) Young; and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends. |
